ZINC ACRYLATE SELF-POLISHING POLYMER SPZN
General information:
1.SPZn-100 is an economical matrix resin product, the optimized polymer structure ensures the continuous & stable release of biocides. It is designed for coastal vessels because of the high hydrolysis rate. It is suitable for copper-containing formulations and must be blended with CDP (Rosin) to reduce costs. The tin-free self-polishing antifouling coatings based on SPZn-100 resin possess 36 months performance (the actual antifouling performance determined by paint formulation, ships speed & activity and sailing sea area environment, etc), low VOC and excellent predictable and stable self-polishing characteristics.
Recommended biocides: Cu2O+CuPT, DCOIT/Medetomidine

The heavy metal-free self-polishing antifouling coatings based on SPZn-200 resin possess 24-36 months performance (the actual antifouling performance determined by paint formulation, ships speed & activity and sailing sea area environment, etc), are environment friendly, special for aluminum alloy substrate and multicolor antifouling formulations.
Recommended biocides: Tralopyril+ZnPT, DCOIT/Medetomidine

Applications of different zinc acrylate self polishing polymer
* 1-3 years for off shore ships.
(1)SPZn-100, for copper-containing antifouling paints.
(2)SPZn-200, for heavy metal free antifouling paints, Tralopyril and Zinc Pyrithione.
* 3-5 years for ocean going ships.
(3) SPZn-300, for copper-containing paints, Cu2O, Copper Pyrithione, DCOIT/ Medetomidine
(4) SPZn-400, for heavy metal free paints, Tralopyril+ Zinc Pyrithione, DCOIT/ Medetomidine




--- Antifouling Coatings based on Zinc Acrylate Self polishing Polymer System ---
Advantages:
