The storage of anti-fouling raw materials must meet the following core requirements:
Environmental Control: Maintain a dry, well-ventilated environment with humidity ≤60%; regulate temperature according to material specifications; store away from light and heat sources; and implement measures to prevent rodent and dust contamination.
Storage Standards: Store materials in designated, segregated zones; ensure physical separation from raw/cooked goods and hazardous contaminants; and place materials on pallets or shelving to avoid direct contact with the floor.
Containers and Protection: Use clean, sealed, dedicated containers clearly labeled with material information to prevent cross-contamination; for hazardous chemicals, provide impermeable storage and emergency spill containment facilities.
Management Requirements: Adhere to the "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) principle; regularly inspect material condition; maintain cleanliness in the storage area; and keep accurate records of stock entry and exit.
