Main Use: Tris methylcyclopentadienyl platinum is a platinum organometallic precursor, widely used for: CVD / MOCVD / ALD deposition of high-purity Pt films (DRAM/FeRAM electrodes, MEMS) Atomic layer deposition (ALD) to prepare Pt single atoms, nanoparticles, or nanowires (catalysis, sensors) Fuel cell anode catalysts, photovoltaic/photoelectric cathode Pt modification layers; FIB line repair, protection, deposition, ALD coating.

Its advantages compared with traditional catalysts: Under ultraviolet light induction, the reaction rate is faster and the conversion rate is higher. When naphthalene is used as the photosensitizer, the quantum efficiency can be increased by 24.8%, and the final conversion rate can reach 100%. The thermal stability and mechanical properties of the prepared silicone rubber are much better than those of the acetylacetone platinum catalytic system.
