Storage and Maintenance Guidelines
Environmental Requirements: Store in a cool, well-ventilated, dry area away from heat and ignition sources. Maintain the ambient temperature between 5°C and 35°C. Implement fire and water protection measures, and avoid direct sunlight to prevent sedimentation or performance degradation.
Container Management: Seal the container immediately after use to prevent evaporation or deterioration caused by moisture absorption. Strictly avoid direct contact with water, acids, or alkalis.
Routine Maintenance: Stir the stored resin once per quarter to prevent the settling or stratification of matting agents and to ensure material uniformity.
Post-Use Care
Mixed formulations must be used within 4 hours; once opened, the base resin and curing agent must be used within 5 days to prevent gelation or loss of effectiveness.
If the product exceeds its 12-month shelf life, performance indicators must be tested; use may continue only if the product meets specifications.
