Basic Environmental Control
Temperature and Humidity Control: Store raw materials in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. For most types, maintain a temperature of 15–25°C and a relative humidity of ≤60%. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources to prevent ingredient decomposition or loss of efficacy.
Isolation and Protection: Use airtight containers and include desiccants to absorb moisture, preventing the raw materials from clumping due to moisture absorption or deteriorating through oxidation.

Categorized Storage Management
Store different types of anti-fouling raw materials in separate zones. Strictly prohibit co-storage with acids, oxidizing agents, or food products to avoid cross-contamination that could trigger chemical reactions and render the materials ineffective.
Specialized anti-fouling raw materials-such as medical-grade products requiring high cleanliness-must be stored in dedicated clean warehouses featuring impermeable flooring and air purification systems.

Routine Maintenance and Operations
Strictly adhere to the "First-In, First-Out" (FIFO) principle. Clearly label containers with the material name, batch number, and expiration date. Regularly inspect the condition of the raw materials and promptly address any abnormalities, such as sedimentation or clumping.
Maintain comprehensive storage logs and accurate records of stock entry and exit. Implement "dual-person, dual-lock" controls for high-risk materials and ensure the availability of fire safety and spill containment facilities.
